Family with children are better off elsewhere

We encountered helpful staff that assisted us, they were friendly and accommodating for our needs during a busy tournament time. One night we asked for an extra towel, and they didn't have one, said they were out, which was baffling in a four-floor hotel. The staff at breakfast made sure we were taken care of, even though there were no options for a complimentary meal.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly not totally unacceptable for what we got.
